Probably the nicest pizza hut I have ever been to. It was really clean inside and the employee I talked to was super nice. I thought I had included breadsticks with my order but I forgot to add them. When I realized what happened the employee helping me put some in the oven for me on the house and kept the rest of my order hot while I waited. I had a really long and difficult night and I know it’s a little dramatic but this honestly almost made me cry. My pizza was also really good

Today was my 3rd messed up order. Order was due at 245. It arrived at 3, no problem. Until it arrived cold just leaving a store less than 2 miles away. I called the store spoke with the rudest GM in history Taylor. She said ” If you don’t like the food. Don’t order.” I want what I pay for and I will have it prepared properly. If she doesn’t like providing customer service. My suggestion is you quit Taylor. As I noticed from reviews it just wasn’t a hectic day but who you truly are. I will take your advice. Pizza Hut trademark is diminishing due to unqualified and untrained management. If you were properly leading the team. The Pizza wouldn’t have left the store undercooked and cold.

Rude GM. Pizza arrived late and cold. When I called to have the order corrected Taylor the GM said don’t order from the store if you don’t like the service. She couldn’t ve more correct. I go where my money is respected.

Very rude staff! Especially, Taylor the general manager. She needs further training on how to run a customer service business. Instead of being customer friendly, they make ordering a simple pizza very difficult.

I walked in there on a busy Friday night. The dark haired guy at the counter was friendly and professional. The kitchen folks were rocking out pies and helping each other. My pizza was hot, on time and tasted great. My wife, because I am apparently terrible at “communication skills”, brought home a pizza from a competitor the same night. No comparison. The Pizza Hut pie won hands down. Wish I had taken a pic of the pizzas side by side to prove it to you. I’m a convert and I’ll be back. Give this place a try.

Frequently visit this location. I always call ahead so when I arrive my food is ready, hot and soooo so delicious. When I take out I can’t help but to grab one of those chezzy sticks out for the ride home.

I was disappointed with our order with this store. We ordered two, 3 topping pizza’s and both had large dried out areas where there was no toppings or sauce, just crust and overcooked cheese. This is the second time we’ve gotten bad service from this location.
