If I could give the customer service a – 100 I would. It took them 2hours and 45 minutes minutes to even attempt to deliver my order. I called and told them I’ll just come get it. I get there and they tell me they gave it to the dasher 25 minutes prior, but didn’t say that when I called. The dasher was at my house when I was on my way back. I told him to leave it by the back door he told me they said I was paying cash when I paid with my card 2 hours prior. I get home no PIZZA. I’m never going to order from them again

Ordered a medium pizza and cinnabon rolls. Both were essentially warmed dough, not fully cooked whatsoever. I had to rebake both myself it was so uncooked.

Wow! INEDIBLE! TRASH! Worst pizza ever. Barely cooked… and it wasn’t what I ordered… but dang, at least cook it… Ridiculous. Delivery was good though. Also, This was obviously intentional. They’re mad for whatever reason and taking it out on the customers. Golden rule you miserable employees : TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. I would never do something so disrespectful. I’m sorry for whoever hurt you in your life pizza hut employees, but it’s not MY fault.

Ordered food from here last night and it was terrible! The pizza crust was thin like a sheet of paper and soggy, had no flavor whatsoever. I ordered boneless wings with garlic Parm sauce and bbq sauce on the side. The wings were so hard you could barely bite into them and there was no sauce! Just awful, people should not eat here! I gave this place a second chance! Last time I ordered from here the food was not good and my order took 2 hours! Never again!

I ordered food from here 2 weeks ago and when I got it, there was a live fly inside of my pizza because it was delivered and there was fly eggs all over my pizza. I spent $31 on all that food and did not get to eat it.

“0” stars…. they took my money and told me that my order was being delivered, only to find out late at night that the store was closed. SMH. Then they told me I had to wait 3-5 business days for my refund. I literally had to go to the gas station for dinner for my family.

My order came up to $42.47 which wasn’t the problem. The problem came when I received my order and my order was messed up I was missing a whole pizza and some wings. I called the store and they said that they would re make my pizza and wings and someone else will deliver it. A hour later I got my wings and not my pizza. I call them again with the Dasher on my phone and he tells me it’s nothing he can do about that. I won’t my money back for the pizza I never received

Last time I ordered from here, they didn’t get none of the 3 items I ordered right. This time I went, everything was perfect. They changed the management and it’s turned out pretty good. This is the worst pizza hut ever ordered from. Ordered here once order not correct. Gave them another shot same thing. Try calling the call center to have corrected put on hold and never returned. The store and call center need to be boycotted in our town, Cleveland Ohio. If there was no star on rating that’s just what they would’ve gotten. Broadway pizza hut stay away from it.
