The order board showed mine was ready when I got there. Guy with blue colored hair took my money and then couldn’t find my order. He walked away without saying a word or addressing my order was gone. After a 5 or so minute wait (blue hair never came back) the manager remade my order. Blue hair still was never seen and the manager when asked said he didn’t know where he went. During my wait several other customers had issues with missing food and partial orders being picked up.

Very slow pick up service, multiple people were waiting on pickup orders for 30+ minutes, some waiting as long as an hour and a half. No apologies for the long waits and delays, my order wasn’t even on the pan crust that I paid extra for but because I had waited so long as was ready to go once I finally got my food, I didn’t notice until I got home. I placed an online order at 3:00, pickup was supposed to be 6:30, arrived at 6:40, employee couldn’t even find my name in the computer, the manager eventually found it but my food was not even in the oven, let alone ready. I walked out of the door at 7:35, never again for this location. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue at this location.

We like this Pizza Hut, but both times we’ve gotten delivery lately, the driver forgot something from our order that was on the receipt and had to go back to the store to get it. We haven’t had a problem with pickup though.

Bad customer service. Breadsticks were overdone. For a pizza ordered at 5:27 took over 2 hours. Noticed several delivery pizzas but very few carryouts being given. Will not let me give 0 stars.
