Tried to call a month ago to orderpiza for pick up and no one answered the phone. Called three times. They were supposed to be open. Gave up went somewhere else. Tonight 8/25/24 ordered a large sausage with cheese crust and large taco. Large sausage is okay not great but the taco does not even resemble a Taco pizza. Just a thin crust sausage with lettuce and tomatoes. No taco meat, no Taco sauce, and no chips. Will never go back to this place. EVER!!

I ordered pizza and breadsticks from the Webster City Pizza Hut and they were fantastic. Super hot and just as I ordered. I also ordered a double order of breadsticks and asked the gal if I could get a couple extra marinara sauces and she got some and brought them out to me. Very nice employees. They also have curbside pickup if you like that feature. It is a great service. Give them a try.

We ordered pepperoni pizza, chicken Alfredo pasta, and breadsticks. Everything was super good. Did they change their sauce recipe? I don’t remember it tasting this amazing.

Quality has gone down a lot in recent months. Service is good but what they serve isn’t very good. I ordered a large pepperoni with cheese filled crust yesterday. It tasted old and crust had a slimy texture. Total waste of money.

Food was undercooked again and didn’t receive enough toppings. Only had chicken on 2 slices. Very tiny pieces at that. Not enough Ham either. It was on about 4 slices. Pepperoni was light too. One slice didn’t have anything but cheese.. Not happy with this experience just like the last 2 times we ordered. Didn’t travel this problem getting pizzas here a few months ago

They rarely make the pizza I order. Minimal toppings on the pizzas. I think they find the smallest pieces of chicken for their “wings”.

I do enjoy pizza hut and my kids and I kind of developed a tradition to get it once a week. But the store here has a tendency to forget my marinara, whick has become a necessity for my children. Customer service is amazing though. They are polite, apologetic, and and friendly Everytime I go in.
