The pizza was dry and instead of including the sauce in the pizza, it was on the side????? I was only ordering because of the stuffed crust tbh, since other restaurants don’t have it. But it’s not worth it at all. I got apple pies and they were all empty! Unappetizing. I spent about $45 on this order and am not satisfied with it. Used to enjoy PH but it’s not what it used to be. You could definitely get better pizza elsewhere, even frozen pizza would be better than this. Would not recommend

So when did Pizza Hut stop giving you dipping sauce for your wings. So even if you clearly purchased a 12 piece you don’t get any dipping sauce, unless u pay $1.20 something. I can understand if I asked for extra! But not one. Won’t be back until they stop robbing people. A 12 piece is 26 bucks. TWENTY SIX BUCKS! ROBBERY AT ITS BEST WHEN YOU Want ME TO PAY ADDITIONAL FOR SAUCE!!

It has been quite a few years since I’ve tried Pizza Hut. Yes, I like many others used to go to their buffet and that is where I used to sample their pizza. Today I tried their sausage, pizza, thin crust, and the meat pasta and the garlic Parmesan boneless wings. The entire meal looked wonderful upon arrival, the pizza was completely fine and equal to my expectations. The pasta was better than I thought… so I definitely would order that again. The garlic Parmesan wings tasted good. They just lacked garlic Parmesan flavoring. That is the only improvement I would suggest. The delivery was faster than you could ever imagine …faster than any pizza delivery I’ve ever had before. The driver was super friendly, and without a question I would order from them again. If you haven’t tried Pizza Hut in a while, please check them out.

I order from this Pizza Hut often for delivery. The last number of times they could not get my soda correct. They would bring me regular instead of diet. Also a number of times my pizza came cold!

It took three hours for me to get my order and everything was soggy. You could tell it had been sitting in a hot box forever. Customer service from the store team member over the phone was horrible- and although the delivery driver was great I think they need to communicate a lot better. Would absolutely never order at that store again and am taking the complete order back for a refund.
