I have had much better food and service in the past. I paid for extra sauce and cheese and never got it. The pizza didn’t even seem like it had sauce on it. I waited and waited at the pickup window and then they couldn’t find my pizza, it was up front. I specifically said contactless pickup at the window.

I use to work at Monroe Pizza Hut when Jeff ran it. I don’t know what is going on with it in the last 10-15 year’s, but the service and product quality suck!! I haven’t had a good experience there in a long time. I was craving it last night so I thought I’d give it a try again. Big mistake! The pizza was cold and all the toppings were on the top. There was no cheese on top at all to cover the toppings. So when you eat it everything fall’s off! For the price you pay for it the least they could do is make it right and have it here when it’s still semi hot! The last 5 plus times I’ve had anything from there has been very disappointing. I’m sure it will be quite sometime before I order food again.

Food & service was great, ordering thru the pizza hut app not so much. Tried to order 8 pizzas for a party, wasted 25 minutes apptemting to use app & get my “points”, spent 3 minutes ordering with a live friendly person on the phone, who needs the points?

Used the drive up today and got the chicken Alfredo. Paid and gave a nice tip. Got my food home and to my surprise there was no lid on it and all the cheese had dripped out into the box. Okay no biggy except there was only 1 piece of chicken in my meal. 1! Not happy!

This place should probably be shut down. They took away the buffet and their dine in service was horrible anyways. Four people working. The waitress only came over once and it was to ask us if we were done. They give you picante sauce for the taco pizza not salsa. Ever since Gary became the manager or owner this place has gone down hill. I’ve had bad service with delivery involving him a few times. Times have definitely changed.
