Ordered food for delivery to a birthday party. Supposed to arrive in 40 minutes, an hour passed without arrival so I called. I was told they were already delivered, the drivers had closed my order as “completed” and were delivering orders which were placed after mine. PIC told me she’d find out what was going on and call me back. She did and explained the pizzas were delivered to Menard’s home center. Weird I thought because I was paying cod. Did someone at Menards pay for my 5 pizzas or is the PIC lying to me? The PIC asked me if I still wanted the pizzas, but I was renting a party room at a venue and only had the space for a few hours, (ordered pizzas about an hour after arriving, more than an hour passed before we got it sorted, would not get another order for about another hour) so I cancelled. My guests for my daughter’s 6th birthday party didn’t eat. Consider that a second, small children after 7pm on a Tuesday . A little embarrassing. The PIC apologized and ended the call. Just fyi…

Order for pick up at the window through the app. While I was waiting for my food. The staff there started making fun of me by the cash register. I think they thought they far enough so I wouldn’t hear. But I could clearly tell they were talking about since they laughing in my direction and kept looking in my direction. I thought this was just pretty unprofessional, rude and honestly just mean. It kinda ruined just my experience getting my food there and my night. It was a Friday night and I just wanted pizza after a long work week. So I just didn’t want to be part of their content for their conversation.

I would like a full refund for the order I placed on Thursday July 22. It took an hour and 10 mins to get my food and half of my order was missing, as I never received my cinnamon rolls. Also, The app notified me my food was out for delivery at 7pm and it didnt get to my door until almost 8pm with part of it missing and what I did receive was COLD. I also drove to the restaurant at 734pm to check on my order only to find it dark and the doors were locked. Very disappointing.

My pizza was delivered burnt w dark brown and black crust. I called and complained and was told I would have a replacement within 40 minutes. An hour and a half later I called to report we had still not received our pizza. It was another 15 minutes before it arrived. It was cold and dry and was not the garlic crust which I had ordered. I’ve had similar delivery issues with this same store. I will not order from Pizza Hut again.
