The last experience I had with Pizza Hut was God awful. Placed an order and they said it would be delivered in about 25-30 mins. Next thing you know, I get a call back saying they can’t deliver to that address. So we then drove to meet up with them to get the order and get home and it’s the wrong order.

First time visiting, I didn’t know you had to order a personal pan pizza I thought they just had them cooked already and the guy at the window laughed in my face because I didn’t know the routine.. pizza was good, wasnt greasy like it normally is. My daughter got a certificate from the school for reading books. I never go to Pizza Hut so how the hell was I supposed to know what the routine is. I remember the old Pizza Hut had personal pan pizzas already in the warmer…

Pizza crust was so thin it was barely there and was so hard you couldn’t chew it, and they didn’t even put the marina sauce on it. Didn’t deliver all our food and had an attitude when we called about it
