I only stopped here bc it is on my way home from work. I do not live in the area. I ordered on the phone and was told a 15 minute wait. I got to the store, the cashier took my name and payment and did not check to see if it was done. Other people came in and received their order so I figured they were just running behind. After about 3o minutes of waiting I asked the cashier when my order would be done. He looked in the warmer and my food was just sitting there the whole time. No apologies, nothing. I waited forever just to make it home with burnt pizza that was not showed to me at the store.

I ordered an hour prior to pick up at 11:30 for my lunch break. I got to the store and pizza wasn’t ready when I brought it up manager was barely going to start the pizza. I get 30 min lunch break so I can’t wait for the pizza to be done. So now I need to figure out how to get a refund because Manfred said she can’t refund me the amount I already paid. Would give them a .05 stars if I could

1st off I waited 1hr and 5mins then I had to walk half a block to go get it why is it called delivery if you have to meet them half ways because they have 3 more orders with them that is not my problem driver said he was outside and I went in the heat for 30mins waiting and looking for him ,and my pizza was wrong no stuffed crust and boneless wings I ordered 8pc just got 7 like yall ate the 8th wing or what far most the 2nd worse pizza hut in dallas now I have to reheat my pizza in the oven and wait another 15mins

The whole night crew needs to be fired!!! After waiting over 2 hrs no one answered the phone. I go up there to pick my food up and I see the crew in and out with food to their car but I was told they don’t have drivers. They gave me food with no care in the world of the fact it been sitting for hours. My cinnamonroll didn’t have icing. And pizza was wrong and cold. Very unprofessional and unsanitary.

Wish I could give 0 stars, this location is the worst I’ve been to. The staff is rude and does not care at all about orders. I was notified that my order was ready for pick up and it was not, I had to wait 20 min for my order to be made because no one knew why it was taking so long. This has happened multiple times and I just kept letting it slide but I’m just done with this place. It should really be investigated because they allow homeless people into the back to hang out and smoke with the staff. If they go back and check the cameras on dec 12th they will see. I didn’t bother eating the pizza I received out of fear they may have done something to my order for bringing up that this was not the first time I had this issue.
