$40 order placed for delivery, 2 hrs go by and not a word from the store. Finally called them and was told there were no “doordashers” to deliver my order? Why is a pizza delivery place using doordash to deliver orders that are placed through the PizzaHut website instead of their normal drivers….? Makes zero sense. Save your money/ time and go to Dominos or DP Dough.

My rating based on my experience from placing my order to finally getting my pizza went from a zero to five stars. The pizzas were hot and loaded with the most toppings I’ve ever received on a pizza. And I’ve eaten a lot of pizzas. Great quality meat and veggies.

As someone who works at this location I feel I need to give some insight to a lot of things. First off we have not sold parm and pepper packets in almost 3 years. They come in little shakers now and are 1.09 a piece before tax. We also recently had new management take over, so we are still working out a lot of issues that were overlooked for a time.

With times changing and people getting out of control, you have to appreciate when someone does right. Nowadays it seems like we only give feedback when something doesn’t go our way. I too have been there. Any way i give an overall 5 stars. We ordered a half pepperoni pizza and upon pick up it was hot and fresh out of the oven! It had the right amount of everything. It was delicious! The gentleman at the drive through window was polite and attentive. We did not go in but for what services or goods they provide they did a great job! Don’t rate just one thing… do overall. If the place was truly a 1 start it would have been out of business a long time ago. Any way pizza was delicious and pick up was a breeze with no hassle.

I’d give zero stars if I could. It was horrible. Felt like a meat locker in there, my teeth were even chattering. No one was around to take our order and we waited for 10 minutes. When the person DID come out, they took someone else’s order that came in after us. The decor was awful as well. Very barren and they had steel tables & chairs that didn’t help in the freezing atmosphere. We left very unsatisfied. We will NOT be going there ever again!

Very good dine-in experience. They messed up one pizza and made me another free. Pizza was delicious. Only thing is give the place some atmosphere. Not a lot to look forward to with concrete floors and sheet metal side. Remember the good ole days with carpet and red candles?

Let’s start off with the customer service: So far, the service isn’t great. It’s not even good, matter of fact, it’s bad.. Ordered from the website and wanted to call to be sure it got the right apartment number down since it didn’t show back up in the delivery tracker but no one picked up three times. And when they answered they made me order AGAIN to fix the issue (but they said it won’t double charge me but I’ll update if it does or not) and made me wait even longer. Funny enough the order said it was out for delivery when someone FINALLY picked up. Mind you, this order was made around down-time (between 1-3pm). About 10min. later I get a call from their Customer Service line telling me about an issue with the order saying it couldn’t get processed even though I already called them up and tried to fix the issue.
