Delivery driver did not follow my instructions. Pizza was ready in 10 minutes and took 40 to deliver. He left my pizza outside and there were bugs all over it. What I could salvage was cold. The Pizza Hut on gessner is better in quality and service.

Been going here for years, pizza quality has been mostly good. This time was a bit underwhelming though. Got the dinner box, not only did it take over 30 minutes for it to be ready, the cheese sticks were a bit burnt, the cinna sticks were undercooked and the pizza, did not have enough cheese topping coverage.

I visit this location because it is the closest to me. My last visit was awful. They had to remake my pizza melt when I showed up to pick up my order. I was there long past the time it would be ready.

This is my local pizza hut. I love it! I usually order online and pick up at the drive by window. It’s so simple. I haven’t experienced any problems ordering or getting my order wrong/food late. One time I ordered delivery, and silly me had my phone on silent; They waited at the gate patiently and still delivered all the way to my door with a smile. I highly recommend this location! They are fast, friendly, and yeah it’s a chain, but their pizzas are so good and that Detroit Style pizza – it’s a must try!!!
