The only reason why I am givinga a two-star rating is because I have ordered before from here and the food was good but this last time I ordered the Big New Yorker Pizza and it was HORRIBLE The pizza was cold and hard. I also ordered the Cinnabons and they sent me some breadsticks with cinnamon which I understand if they were out of Cinnabons they should have called and confirmed if I would like the breadsticks with cinnamon which I did not care for. Also, it took more than over the estimated time to deliver the food. Our whole experience was just horrible.

Pizza hut on San Pedro near Cypress St. always provides excellent service. The staff is friendly and provide quick, efficient service. Delivery is good, usually arrives earlier than expected and food is warm. 611 San Pedro is an excellent place to eat.

This place will hire just about anyone, they’re the jacknbox of pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas over the phone and told them extra sauce for both of them. When I arrived at the Pizza Hut i informed them that one of the pizza in the receipt didn’t have extra sauce. He reassured me that he was going to remake both of them. I waiting an extra 20 minutes siting in the lobby for the fresh pizzas to come out. Turns out they never had the intention of making them. They wasted my time and attempted to give me 2 pizzas from the warmer. I pledge to never return to the location and spend another dime there.

I tried the new Detroit Style Pizza. $22.00 for an airy pizza. Looks nothing like the commercial with pepperoni. Virtually no toppings at all. I would have been better off with a double order of bread sticks. I feel ripped off by the hype. I should have ordered from Papa Johns. I would have spent less money and had a much larger, more topping and better pizza. I will never be fooled by commercials from now on.

I waited over two hours for a big dinner box that was cold. It was a waste of a money and time. I placed the order at 6:14pm and did not receive order until 9:22pm. This is ridiculous. Something needs to be done. If I could rate it no starts I would. Or a negative 5 stars
