We ordered a big pizza box today for delivery to my daughter’s work. We got a door dash text saying it had been delivered. My daughter called stating it hadn’t been delivered. I called Pizza Hut and talked to the associate who answered. The driver never brought the pizza back. She called her manager who had her get the order remade and delivered the new pizza box. Not sure what happened to the first order but they made it right and that was greatly appreciated.

Bought the spicy lovers pizza, didn’t look anything like the pictures, but nothing ever does. Then after looking it up I just realized they made it wrong. I guess it’s supposed to come with two kinds of pepperoni, red chiles and red pepper flakes. I just got an ordinary pepperoni pizza with slightly spicier sauce. Super disappointed, but it was too late to do anything about it.

Pizza Hut i would like for you to know my 3 year old daughter was very upset to know i had to cancel her order, she was so excited to eat pizza from you. I ordered online, It said 25-35 minutes,a usual wait time. I waited about an hour and finally called. Michelle i believe that how you spell her name, answered the phone. I told her i made a online delivery order but before i could finish i was rudely interrupted and told all online order are 2 hours. I went to tell her when i placed the order it said 25-35 minutes. But again i was interrupted and told she was the only one in the restaurant, which i understand, i went to tell her it was fine but again was interrupted and asked what i wanted to do about the order. I asked for a manager because the attitude was not needed, but Michelle is apparently one of your manager’s. I told her i was surprised because of the attitude she gives her guest and said id like to cancel the order, she than told someone to cancel the order when she told me she was by herself and than hangs up. Great customer service from a manager. Dominoes it is ! ♀️
