08/08/2023 approx 3:15 pm placed a order online for roughly 60 dollars worth of dinner. I called into the store to ask if they could add some condiments to my order approx 15 mins after I ordered only to be told by a so called manager they were closed. I paid online with my debit card which means money was already taken from my available balance and he tells me you will have to wait for refund to be processed in 24/48 hours showed not a lick of empathy and pretty much didn’t offer any typo of resolution saying online should have been shut down. Totally unprofessional and absolutely terrible customer service. That store should be shut down in Chandler on Gilbert Rd. Pizza Hut is one of my favorites but this store is terrible!!! On top of that had I not called there would have no communication that my order was cancelled. I didn’t receive any type of communication from the store. I won’t ever order from here again

This is by FAR the worst operation that I have ever had to deal with. FIRST they outsource their slaves in taking orders that you can barely understand what they are reading back to you after you have to repete your order again and again. SECOND, My card was charged for my order that I placed only to get an AUTOMATED call back from an OUTSOURCED message saying my order was declined. I called Discover and they assured me that the charge had gone through. I called not only this pizza hut 6 TIMES ( WHERE NOBODY ANSWERED ) Then got transferred to some managers name by the name of SCOTT. I really don’t know what the pizza huts franchise is doing on a weekend night but it’s obvious that “Scott’s” employees, not the outsourced people that they have answering the phones, have not a clue on what’s going on in that store. What do you make Scott? 100,000 a year to have your store run by probably a half dozen kids that hate you and the fact that they have no control over the calls that come into your “bread and butter” place of employment? Enjoy life and the fact that you are OWNED by a corporate company that has you by the balls until you say to yourself, “Man… That dude was RIGHT”

There’s nothing like pizza hut tomato sauce to me. I grew up with it, but I was disappointed in the hand tossed next time I’ll get the regular one, a little too thin crust for me, need a little more sauce as well. Other than that there’s nothing better than Pizza Hut, except for in New York. .

Really hate leaving reviews. Will not order from here again. I ordered from their website and they then transferred it to door dash which I don’t like or else I would have just ordered from door dash myself. Door dash driver didn’t deliver. Called the store and they said they would remake and send it out to me. I’m chill at this point I get it. Then I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and still no food. Called back asked to cancel and refund dude seemed ticked off and said okay bye I asked if he needed any info to do that he said no. Then called me back for the info needed for the refund. Complete gongshow.

I always order online and pick-up. The food has always been ready when I get there, and I rarely have to wait in line to pick it up. All the workers I’ve interacted with have been nice (I’m just paying, so it’s pretty minimal). I’ve had a few over-cooked pizzas, but that hasn’t happened for several recent orders so perhaps they’ve got that fixed.
