Not sure what is going on at this Pizza Hut. We ordered 2 pizzas, one came as ordered, the other had been tilted so the toppings had all sloshed over the side. We called, and after being on hold for 20 minutes, explained the situation. To their credit, they sent another pizza out right away for free. Unfortunately, somehow the same thing had happened and it was even worse than the first. At this point we are just giving up, but we will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

I ordered the dinner box with cheese pizza breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks, and I used my points to get another set of breadsticks. And when I got my order, it was a regular pizza and one order of breadsticks that I was charged for.

This store does not care about your time or money. Save both and make other pizza plans. It’s a shame with them being the only non-great Alaska pizza in the area. Your order WILL take longer than you want, and that they advertise. You WILL be charged a delivery fee and then tip on top of the high prices for food that is cold, usually destroyed, and all in all just ill-prepared.

I’m really disappointed for my order today. Pizza Hut have the best fries. I’ve ordered them before, not once but twice. Both times my fries were full but today it was more like a handful or less! $3.99 each for these fries bowl.

Pizza Hut is my favorite chain pizza restaurant but in my experience service and food quality can be hit or miss. This Pizza Hut is quite possibly the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever utilized. Every single time the customer service is great and the Pizza looks perfect. Whatever they are doing, keep it up, because your whole team from the management down is crushing it.

I called ahead to order and was told it would be 15 minutes. I arrive 20 minutes later and am told it would be 15-20 minutes ????????????? Then am told its not your fault as a big order had come in and i can call corporate???????????? You get 2 srars as the manager at least listened and tried to make amends.
