Ordered a 9 inch pepperoni pizza and boneless Buffalo wings today for delivery from the nex pizza hut to the navy lodge 5 minutes away from you. Pretty sure the pizza was a lunch time leftover pizza and the boneless wings were suppossed to be Buffalo sauced. They had no sauce on them very dry. Glad I had hot sauce. Won’t ever order from you guys again. If you had any pride in the product that would have never been sent.

The service at this place is terrible. I went there with my Mom, Dad, and younger sister. We thought the pizza would be fast. However we had to wait atleast 45 minutes. We were order number 42. We only ordered two 9 inch pizzas. One cheese and the other pepperoni. They were announcing the orders by order of the number. They announced order 41 and we assumed we would be next. During this time we had already waited 30 minutes. Our order was then skipped. When my mom asked for a receipt the worker replied with you don’t need it. Other costumers had receipts though. My mom then asked where our order was. Apparently the cheese pizza was still cooking. We can litterally see the pizza being cooked. I didn’t see a cheese pizza. I saw pepperoni, mushroom, and olive. But not cheese. Then conviently after a fire alarm went off. They continued to make pizzas with toppings. These pizzas already have cheese on them, so I failed to understand why our cheese pizza took so long. They were still preparing pizza after the fire alarm and serving other guests who had to wait a shorter time then us. So moral of the story never visit this pizza hut the service sucks.

Out of ingredients by 5pm 2 days in a row. When they do have ingredients it takes 20 minutes before the order goes into the oven. If you are not getting one of the ready made personal size pizzas, don’t bother.

Every time I come to order wings, their “fryer is off and don’t know how long it will take to turn back on”. I have come multiple times at different times and always the same excuse. If they are not going to offer the wings, then they should take them off the menu. Disappointed.
