Ordered a bunch of pizzas for a work event and one of the pizzas was wrong called them and they wouldn’t make me a new one said that’s what I ordered which clearly I didn’t and they wanted to charge me for another one. Thats real customer service thats something to be proud of. Highly recommend not spending a dime at that dump. Hope it goes out of business

Every time I come back to New Castle to visit, I always get pizza from here! It’s the best pizza I’ve ever had and, can never seem to find somewhere that’s even close to this! Their Veggie Pizza is the absolute greatest thing EVER! The service is always fast and, the food is always amazing! I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for some great food! It’s my favorite. I wish they’d open one in Texas!❤

Great food reasonably priced! Extensive menu includes a myriad of pizzas, sub sandwiches on fresh homemade rolls, calzones, wings and more. Bottomless soft drinks of your choice. Service is always fast and friendly. My personal “go to” meal is their authentic tasting meatball sub-try it, you’ll like it!

Prob the best pizza option in town, delicious. One complaint, and IMO its a big one, how can a pizza place not deliver? I men t come on, that absolutely crazy. Not to deliver is a huge negative, I’m sorry, minus 1 full star. Wish I could take 1.5 away, but can’t. But to be clear, outstanding food.

My mother in law ordered pizza there. We decided to pay over phone. After giving this store her card number, there were several transactions to amazon off of her card. It was one of the girls that answered the phone. Also, not to mention the fact that everytime you walk in, the girls working are gossiping and cussing. When I called to confront the store on someone using my mother in laws card, they told me oh no none of us have left the shop so there is possibly no way. But unfortunately when I asked for a manager , the man said I can just help you. Definitely not what I asked for. Honestly, if we find out one of the girls there took her card numbers and used them, I will be handling this through the police office.

Very confusing how they have several different sized pizzas so it’s not easy to know what size you’re going to need or actually going to receive. I ordered a 12 inch instead of a 12 cut and ended up with an 8 cut pizza. Just having small – medium – large – extra large would be less confusing.
