Apparently you can’t order from here if you are from out of town staying at a hotel. No matter what card you use, it declines for address mismatch. Even calling the restaurant directly got me no where except that I could come there…. we ordered elsewhere. Sad….

Please have your order checked before you leave. My order was wrong. When I called to inform them, the response I received was that the person who cooked my food was gone. I stated that I needed my correct order then was told that management had to be notified. I received a callback stating that the manager wanted me to return my order and a fresh order will be ready in 20 minutes. I got there later than that on purpose. My order was not ready. I showed the order initially received and requested a trashcan to throw the food in. The worker brought the trashcan near so I could throw the food away. She then returned to the area where food was being prepared without washing her hands. I asked her to wash her hands since she just handled a trashcan. She stated that her hands were clean. I had to explain cross contamination and health department guidelines in order to convince her to wash her hands while still waiting for my order to be prepared. The customer service and cleanliness of the worker is horrible.

Came at 11am, since they open at 10:30am. Called several times while driving on my way with no answer. Parked in front and called again while starring at the guy standing there on his personal phone not even answering the store phone. I called 3 more times and could even hear their phone ring and he just stood there. They obviously don’t want business.
