Ordered a meat lovers (Maverick) with extra cheese. Not so much extra cheese, not so much meat to love. Looked nothing like the photo on the wall. See my pic. Fresh, but inattentive food prep from an employee very vocally asking me to give him cash for tip or cash app instead of tipping him at the register (strange). I’m sure it’s a great restaurant, but I was not impressed with this individual experience.

The team is helpful and doing the best they can, the problem is the ambience. Trying to be cool and modern, but they result is unwelcoming. Too noisy, loud music, hard to have conversations, hard to talk to the associates working there, hard to come with my family and just enjoy a pizza together.

I love &pizza and was excited to see one closer to me so of course I went and was really surprised by all the changes and new investments in the community. I did a mobile order hoping my pizza would be waiting for me since is was about 15 minutes away. I get there and again surprised by how nice the area is and how nice the new &pizza is. There was one person in there who had a mobile order also and was sitting and waiting which was a bad sign because it didn’t seem like much was going on in the back. Ok so I was promptly greeted then told it be about 15 minutes for my mobile order and again no one was in there but one other person who was sitting waiting …here we go. So I took a seat and shortly after people started coming in and placing orders getting their and leaving . Meanwhile me and the other lady are still waiting . They made 3 walk-in orders before calling the lady who was in there before me and maybe about 5 minutes later called me. So I won’t be doing anymore mobile orders at this location if I even go back. I have eaten at almost every &pizza in the area and even from the truck and 95% of the time I do a mobile order and never experienced this. No complaints about my pizza so again if I go back to this location I will definitely do a walk-in order .

This experience today was TRASH!!!! I came in early to watch my pizza being made and the manager whisper to his coworker “oh who is she picking up for (instead of asking ME) oh she’s 10 minutes early” that shouldn’t matter and l should’ve been welcomed into the establishment and asked what was I here for not whispering like we’re in high school just to serve me that deflated $18 pizza that they would NOT refund me on. I even told them I wasn’t coming back but still was offered store credit. It was for MY CHILD now I would never ever again support & pizza in life at NO LOCATION!

Customer service really sucks. They have attitudes and never change their gloves. When you ask the huff and puff and as if you’re asking something of them wrong. If you complain about how long you’ve been waiting for food and take 5-6mins they treat you like you’ve done something wrong. I will never come back here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone family or friends.

Pizza tasted fine, but wasn’t exactly what I ordered. There are large stickers on the windows so you can’t see the toppings nor what the server is doing. I didn’t like this, but I trusted the process. The server repeated my ingredients back to me so I’m a bit confused with the mix-up. He was personable, which was nice, but I rather him get my order right. The pizza took FOREVER to come out of the oven. I’ve never waited so long in an &pizza. I also added honey to my pizza but my box ended up being sticky as well. Gross. The location & pizza is decent, but needs to tighten up a bit.

I waited 15 mins in my car after I placed my online order..went in they establishment & waited another 30 mins..meanwhile the manager made sure to service his friends & woman he kept eyeing first ..I will not be eating & pizza again! For the price they should have better service
