Very bad customer service and little appreciation to consumers. Today April 19, 2018 I made a telephone order consisting of a medium pizza with pepperoni and a short of pepperoni and canadian bacon and to my surprise upon receiving the order the calzone was totally made of cheese and the pepperoni pizza had to be looked for with a magnifying glass. I proceeded to call to notify the situation and to my surprise the employee in an arrogant tone said that the calzone had pepperoni and bacon and I clarified that he did not have and he did not believe me, they decided to send me another one and when I received it surprised again since the calzone that They only had 3 slices of pepperoni and a piece of ham, they did not have canadian bacon and it was very empty. I understand that this was the cook in retaliation for the situation of not admitting that I made a mistake in carrying out my order. what he does not imagine is that I am a local guide of google and I must share this so that they think twice before sponsoring this place in which they do not respect or appreciate the consumers.

They put a menu in my door so we decided to give them a try. I called in an order for a large supreme pizza which totaled $15 after a coupon. The woman taking my order was very polite and friendly. The pizza got here within the time frame given so we gave them a $20 and told the driver to keep the change. The pizza was A LOT smaller than I expected. It looked like a small pizza from anywhere else but it looked good. It was not. It was horrible. It tasted worse than gas station pizza. The only thing I enjoyed was the crust. I ordered from here for the first and last time. I should have read the other reviews before ordering from here. The only reason I give them 1 star is because the customer service was great.

If their definition of New Orleans style pizza is the same as “bad pizza”, they nailed it. The crust reminded me of French bread made not by anyone remotely close to France in any sense. The sauce, cheese and pepperoni looked like pre-digested food. Flavor, salty. Very salty, so salty… I need more water. It was like chewing pizza flavor bubble gum. Granted, I paid $5.99 + taxes. However, the reason I’ve been this brutal it’s because the box has something that looks like a crown and the words “a symbol of quality” right underneath. I guess quality is subjective.

The pizza tastes like gas station pizza like the 5 dollar ones you see at the 7/11. No one would eat the bread sticks couldn’t even get the dogs to eat them. Papa Johns is better pizza and cheaper then these guys. We got Chinese food there a month ago it was crap also. If you really want that pizza go to 7/11 and get the same thing for 5 bucks and save some cash

This place should be shut down! Order pizza it was horrible. I also believe a restaurant owner is a good representation of the food. The owner was car was filthy ( I happen to be parked next to him) the bathroom filthy. Listen food administration inspectors please close this place. I wouldn’t recommend to a dog. Worse pizza I ever had.

Not once but three times I have found hair in my found, and this last time when I asked to speak to a manager she called the police on me!! Talking about I’m disrupting the flow of business when the restaurant is empty! If I could give no stars I would! The white chick at the front counter that did it. Called the police a lied!

Usually this is my go to pizza place because of the Price and that it’s 10minutes down the street.. from work i stop in to grab my pizza then home this is like a weekly ritual.. Today however i didn’t have to work so i decided to order in, they let me know it’ll be 35min to and Hr before my pizza reached me due to rain (understandable ) , 1hr and 45mins later i call just to check on the order and immediately the lady state “it’s raining and he just left out to you 5 minutes ago” again i accept it and apologize for being impatient, 45mins after i call again cause honestly I’m just starving the lady states he should be on the way which is what they said 45minutes ago so i stated i wanted to cancel the lady then argued and said i had to wait 10minutes… he arrived 20minutes later and i had to verbally tell him i cancelled.. 2hr just to be unsatisfied .
