I ordered a 15pc wing meal with fries. It was delicious. The wings were perfectly cooked and the fries were hot out the grease. The only problem I had was, that with 15 wings you only get I cup of dressing, is that normal. So I ordered 2 more cups of dressing for 50 cent each and they were watered down, very thin not like normal dressings.

The people that work here are so rude and obviously lazy!! I walked in a half hour before they closed so it was plenty of time to make my lil 30 wings but they ignored me and had me stand there waitin to place my order for 15 min and I stayed bc I thought they would take it but nope they had me wait all that time n then said “o we close in 15 min so we’re not takin anymore orders.” Wait what?? In the time I stood there my wings could’ve been done!! That’s ok cause wing citi hooked us up with 40 wings for nearly half the price and it only took 15 min too! I highly recommend WING CITI yall

Today was my first time trying their wings based off a recommendation-review and let me say the wings were HORRIBLE. The lady asked me to check them & when I did I mentioned they weren’t what I was expecting or looking for and asked for a refund as being very unsatisfied with the order and she tells me she can’t . What kind of sh*T is that???! Are you kidding me ? So why even ask me to look at them if you’re not gonna replace them or offer a refund? No point at all. Very poor and unprofessional. I asked for a trash can to throw them away because their absolute trash and seemed small. This is horrible customer service at its best. I’m highly disappointed in the wing spots around here and this place . I will never be back. If they wanted a $15 donation that bad they should of just said that or offered good food and service! There’s a first and last time for everything and this was it ! Don’t waste your time or money here on their food. Trust me! I won’t eat at no other wing spot down here in Carrollton.
