Love Planet Sub, the food is always delicious. This time was no exception. My experience though was tainted by the service I received while at this location. I was greeted fine by the man behind the counter. I ordered my food, got a meal so it came with a cookie and drink. He asks me “for here or to go?” To which I replied it was for here (I was on a motorcycle and my helmet was sitting on the counter). He then goes “Ok, but just so you know, we close in….25 minutes” I said that was fine because I would be able to eat my half-sub and cookie pretty quickly. So that was at 7:35pm.

I called on Father’s Day to confirm hours and the guy that picked up sounded like he didn’t wanna be there but he told me they closed at 4pm. So, I ordered through their app for pick up at 3:30pm. I arrived to pick up my food and they are closed and they taped my receipt to the inside of the door with “refunded” on it. This situation was frustrating cause the app and the employee said 4pm was closing time when they actually close at 3pm. I waiting a week to see my refund and it never came so I called and tried to speak with the manager but she never called me back. So I called the next day and spoke to a man there and he helped me get the refund since it was never actually refunded in the system. I have now received my refund but it’s 30 cents short cause they didn’t refund me the processing fee that they charge on their app. That’s not a big difference but it tops the cake after this whole frustrating situation

Ordered The Veggie. Not only was it the wrong vegetables, but there were very few vegetables on there and no condiments or cheese. I paid $12 for what was basically bread with wilted lettuce on it. Yuck. Perhaps the person making the sandwiches should read the menu.

First time at a Planet Sub today. The gentleman at the counter was super friendly and had great helpful suggestions for me as I was bringing food back for others who had never eaten there as well. Food was awesome! I took home a roast beef for my picky son, a planet sub, the experience and the southwest chicken for me and my boyfriend to split up. All were fantastic. I’ll definitely be back.
