The service during the day time is great, the times I’ve went at night have been horrible. The servers are to worried about pre closing which would be fine if it wasn’t 6:30. The running of the vacuum while I eat is just disgusting. I have to go to the counter if I want a refill because my server is to busy laughing and wrapping silverware to pay attention to guests. The day time staff will produce great food, with great guest service. The food takes a reasonable amount of time and the servers never keep us waiting. Go during the day is all I can say until they fix what is happening at night. After reading a few of these reviews I know I’m not the only one that feels this way.

Hidden Treasures Found
Walked in and there was a lady vacuuming around customers while they were eating. Sat down and it took 10 minutes atleast to get a menu and then another 15 or 20 minutes to get our order taken. We ordered a salad and a hot beef sandwich. It took close to 45 minutes to get something that should be a quick 10 minute prep max. They brought her salad and i waited another close to 10 minutes for my hot beef. While waiting, the lady vacuuming went by blowing vacuum dust and air all over us and others while they were eating.

The plaza is the melting pot of Niles. Everyone in our community comes here to enjoy the simplicity and the atmosphere, to zone out from the troubles of the world. The food is good, prices are fair, location is great. It’s fun to sit at the barstools and listen to the troubles of the person next to you or the server.

I would like to share a review about the food, but after sitting in the dining area (with 2 other customers), for about 15 minutes and never even being acknowledged by any of the 5 employees talking to each other about their weekend, we left.

We ordered two 2 egg breakfast specials only to be served one plate with no eggs. Then we only had one roll of silverware. By the time our waitress came back to check on us (10mins later) I no longer wanted silverware to eat my ice cold food. Also on the plate that didn’t get the eggs had raw potatoes that looked grey. The waitress was sloppy and rude! I will ever be back!
