Another nice meal at Pomo at the Biltmore. Hayden was our waiter. Very friendly and earnest in his efforts to make our experience a good one. my wife had a wonderful salad (can’t remember which, but the dressing was fire) and her sister and I had a Diavola pizza that we ordered very well done. The first ones did not come out very well done and were a bit of a droopy disappointing mess. I hate to ever complain to the kitchen, but We politely mentioned this issue to Hayden and he immediately made us two new pies that bordered on over charred. But that is exactly how we like it.!!!! the soprasada had crispy curly edges and the crust was a delicious very dark crunchy yet chewy bite. some may say it was over cooked but we call that perfection in our camp. They knocked it out of the park. We really appreciate them going the extra mile and were glad to make us happy. Overall it was a fantastic lunch.. thank you, Pomo! Will be back at some point soon.

Super cute spot. We stopped in for cocktails and enjoyed a few options-jalapeños infused vodka is amazing! However, toward the end of our visit we noticed something strange in our water (see photo)…a piece of hardware. We notified the bartender who then notified management and no one ever said anything to us about it. In my opinion, customer service 101 is to address the issue with the customer and attempt to make some kind of apology or compensation for the very awkward, unexpected mystery found inside our glass. There was time and opportunity to come say something to us. We waited for it. But nothing.

This place was very good. I was surprised to be honest. The service was great. I cannot remember the last time we had such an attentive server. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu here. So good. A big plus is their spicy oil. You must put that on your pizza. It’s the house blend so if you like spicy oil coming in just for that will make it worth it. I recommend you come.

My new favorite pizza place in Phoenix! They serve wood-cooked gourmet pizzas! You can also order a salad or pasta too! The caprese salad is my go-to appetizer with quality cheese and tomatoes. They also have an indoor bar and offer outdoor seating. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant for date night, families, and take-out guests.

Omg I am from nj ny area and I travel across country for work.. This is definitely a place to have dinner if you are in AZ area … Pizza is fantastic especially bufala verace. I did add sausage and roasted red pepper. Youmust addthe chili oil for an extra kick!.. staff is phenomenal, apparently my first pizza came out well done and without me even knowing it my bartender sent it back as unacceptable. Please go here as you will not forget it!

Ricky and Isabelle provided exceptional service. I was surprised to see how detail oriented they both were paired with their exceptional social skills. Isabelle made me an original blackberry brandy cocktail that was fruit forward yet still booze driven and not too sweet. Ricky provided high level knowledge on their red wine selections and Ricky and Isabelle worked very well together as a team to cover all aspects of the restaurant guests needs. I was very impressed AND then the food came out. I have been obsessed with napolitano pizza for a solid 12 years after the first time I tried it and I was shocked at how perfectly cooked and well prepared their crust and sauce to topping ratio was. I had to get a Margherita, the most minimal Italian classic recipe we all know and love; the only true way to assess a pizzeria’s level of authenticity. They use double zero flour, san marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil. I was so pumped I had to ask to speak to their manager and Chuck stopped by as I congratulated him on the lovely team he had providing exceptional food, drink, and service from someone who has been to more pizzerias than I will ever admit publicly. Experiences like this are why I will never stop trying new places. I’ll be back and thanks again! Super high praise and admiration for the work Pomo is doing.
