Store isn’t supposed to close until 10. Arrives at 9:25 and all of the lights were out, except for the open sign was still glowing and nobody answered the drive-through. When we pulled up to the drive-through a guy wearing normal clothes, opened the window and couldn’t speak any English. Finally, he went to get somebody who could speak English and someone wearing a Popeyes uniform, claiming to be the manager said that they were already closed. He said it didn’t matter if they were supposed to close at 10 o’clock because they already got rid of all the chicken for the day.

Horrible horrible service. The lady working the front could barley understand my English. Had three orders that’s were all incorrect. Ordered tenders spicy was given a chicken meal orginal. Then took forever to receive my food!!!

So I finally tried the spicy chicken sandwich! Delicious. It definitely beats out Wendy’s, McDonalds or Burger King. The chicken portion is a good size and it has just the right amount of spice. If you don’t want it too spicy just nix the sauce and you’ll be good. I got the Cajun fries as the side and they were not great. I am thinking they must have sat for a bit so that was probably just a miss on that visit. We went through the drive-thru and it was quick and the staff was friendly. If you’re in the mood for a quick chicken sandwich, give them a try.

Drove up and found sign on the drive through speaker.”I am working by myself and it will take 20 minutes.”Decided to call Popeyes customer service ,who said “We’ll look into it and notify you”. Employee finally got on speaker and took our order. Received food. When we got home it was the nastiest chicken I ever tasted. It was burnt with absolutely no taste whatsoever ….not even salt. Lately every Popeyes I’ve been to ,its been terrible. Fast food is going the way of the horse and buggy. They are not paying these people enough. This will be my last visit.

They made me wait almost an hour for my food and I requested a refund due to waiting so long, they needed to call over the phone for a manager for a refund and said they were not able to give me a refund just a free meal for next visit. Pathetic customer service. After everything I got home and still was missing things from my order.

Honestly this is the worst popeyes I have been to. When I ordered the nuggets he said it would be a 7 minute wait for then and I said that was fine. I got 12 pc nugget with mash potatoes, sweet tea and blackened ranch and sweet heat. After I paid, the guy at the window told me to pull up to wait for the nuggets. I waited almost 20 minutes. They gave me 1 on the sauces I asked for and gave me 2 other ones that were disgusting. Also got fries instead of mash potatoes even tho he asked me at the window if it was mash potatoes and i said yes. The fries were obviously old and not hot. Waste of $15!!

I have given this Popeyes more than enough chances. I refuse to spend my money here ever again. While I have had mishaps with my food, that’s not the issue (because i understand thst can happen). It’s HOW the manager, the short one that’s at the drive through a lot, responds. She does not know the true meaning of customer care. She’s made it very clear she does not value me as a customer (my orders were always $15+) so after my last event, I decided never again.

Horrible. On 2/11 all the lights suddenly went off at 7:50 PM while I was in the drive thru. I waited there about 5 minutes and finally drove up to the window. I saw three different people working, I even honked a few times, and everyone ignored me. It seemed they had some sort of drama as some man stormed out, but closing over 3 hours early and you couldn’t even face your customers who were there. Many times I will drive by here, at different times of the day, and it will appear closed. I will be amazed if this Popeyes survives more than a few more months. What a waste.
