as i was ordering i noticed off to the left a worker cutting up the brownies with no gloves on. he was full on just grabbing on them and when i made a comment about it to the lady ringing me up she was sort of wide eyed and speechless about me saying “shouldn’t he have gloves since he’s handling that food?” another coworker chimed in saying “his hands are clean so there shouldn’t be a problem.” but he also was dealing w a headset which i can imagine isn’t sanitary to touch on that AND food.

Ordered a 2′ sub and asked for it toasted. They said they can’t because it doesn’t fit in their toaster, fair enough. Asked them to cut it in half to toast it but they said they have to charge for two 12 inch subs, not one 24 inch sub that’s cut in half. Then they cut it in half after the toppings are added. Makes no sense, terrible service

It has been a few months since I’ve had a port of sub sandwich. I don’t remember them being quite as thin as these were in that meaning not quite enough meat. It felt like eating a lettuce sandwich. But in these times I don’t know if they’ve reduced the thickness of the slices or there is just less all together.

I just went to this port of subs not even 20 minutes ago I got a #8 foot long on wheat, a large drink And a brownie. The brownie is rock hard I couldn’t even bite into it and the breaded is not only rock hard on the outside but chewy on the inside which is disgusting on its own, but not until I bit in even three bites into the sandwich I notice mold on my sandwich and the lettuce they put on it was more brown then green. I understand that most port of subs places employees are high school students. This is their first job. But they should know not to give you a moldy disgusting sandwich. They should also know to replace the lettuce when it’s brown it’s a cheap and expensive sandwich or at least it used to be now it’s very expensive. I spent $20 but this kind of food is unacceptable for that price. I’m very disgusted and that was a waste of money.only good part of my experience was that then guy behind the counter was extremely sweet, the girl working with him on the other had I have never seen such rude behavior. I will not be returning.

Went for sandwiches at 1:30 pm on a Saturday. We were told they didn’t have the green leaf lettuce and out of onions. Out of onions at only 1:30, really? Sandwiches also had a weird taste to it. We’ll be avoiding this location from now on.

Its pretty sad when you can’t even go get a sandwich without having an immature employee behind the counter. I ordered a sandwich and bottled soft drink. Not only did I watch the girl shake my bottled drink once but twice. When I told her I saw what she did and asked for a new bottle she shut the window and never came back, neither did the other 2 employees working. To say the least I left without my meal.. unfortunately I will never go back.
