The food is amazing and the service was great. Even during rush hour they had me in and out the door in 10 min or less. The atmosphere though is very cramped. I wouldn’t recommend eating in unless you want to feel like a sardine.

The sandwich is good, but the chicken wasn’t what I expected. I will try something else next time. OMG, the cookies!!! Both cookies are good, but the suger cookies were soooo delicious. A Potbelly is what you’re gonna have after eating here. The price is reasonable and the portion size is generous. I love getting their pick-your-pair meal. I get their Avo Turkey sandwich paired with a broccoli cheddar soup, so freaking good! Perfect spot for lunch, ordering through their app is easy and has awesome perks. You can pick up the online order through the drive-thru too, making it extra easy and fast for people with limited time on their lunch break.

Potbelly has always been good. I’ve never had a bad sandwich or bad customer service. I’ve been to 2 locations and pretty much no issues. Sandwich will make you rethink the normal Subway you are used to. They also have some of the best cookies too.

The employees were very helpful when I was figuring out their Perks program to get some cool free stuff. My girlfriend and I each had a sandwich. I had the Wreck and she got the Italian. Both were good! I have been to a few Potbelly locations before, so I know they usually have Cholula, but this location didn’t have any.. or at least we didn’t see any around and didn’t care to ask for it. Anyway, small detail. The shop itself was nice and the ambiance was good.

This location used to be our favorite spot. Lately, they’ve gone down hill (the night shift, the day shift still seems to be good). Three times now they’ve forgotten my simple request to include Potbelly vinaigrette in my to go order. My wife asks for extra lettuce, she gets less than the normal amount, almost like they are doing it to mess with us. My attached photo… I asked for extra meat (which you have to pay extra for) and I got less than the normal amount. The last few times we’ve visited for dinner, it just gets worse in service and the food we get. Pretty disappointed at the moment with this location. Update: still making sandwiches where half of it looks like the included photo.

Second time I order on their website, second time my order is not ready, not even within their 15 min window of prepping. Unfortunately for me, I only have a short amount of time to wait for my food to be made. Going back to work with no food again. I guess it is good for them to get business going, just not good enough to assist all customers.
