The pretzel bites are perfect! Not to dry but also not to big. I’ve always enjoyed going here with friends and family. Wish they would open another shop in Logan. The mall is starting to become a ghost town with several businesses moving out. I’m not sure how much longer the mall will be around.

Seriously the most amazing pretzels in the world! I have had pretzels from many different places but I have been going to pretzel maker since I was a kid and it’s still the best! I wish I lived closer to one! But then again I’d probably gain 50 pounds lol! I always look for pretzel makers when I visit another state!

I took my four kids with me to Pretzelmaker on their day off of school yesterday and it the manager at the counter was great! Very quick, friendly, helpful. I couldn’t have been happier with our service and the food/lemonade is amazing there. Nothing compares to Pretzlemaker in my opinion. We got a large raspberry lemonade and a large pretzel bites to share for about $11 and it was a perfect snack for all 5 of us.

Everytime I go here I get the cinnamon pretzel bites. They are so tasty. I love to eat them. Last time I went, I walked in and said “hello!” And then I got some of the cinnamon pretzel bites. They were so tasty and I loved them so much 🙂 thanks for the tasty cinnamon pretzel bites Pretzelmaker!

Worst customer service ever! Plus not fresh pretzels, looked like they were sitting there all day. Didn’t buy anything, walked away after the rude service and disgusting pretzels. In a struggling world maybe care about people that give you their hard earned money. Hire good staff!
