High quality smash burger and one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! The patties were excellently cooked and had a delicious flavor plus the cheese enhanced the overall taste! Definitely recommend visiting (located inside Beachwood Brewery)!

Took forever to find parking and then find the actual place because it’s down an alley and has poor signs. The place is actually a bar called Beachwood which adds to the confusion because the external signs all say that, not Proudly Serving. The server in charge of food was rude AF and glared at me for waiting in the wrong line and proceeded to help people who arrived behind me. When the bartender in charge of drink orders told me it was the other server’s responsibility for pick-up orders and I waited for the server to finish with the people from behind me before asking for my pick up order to which she curtly got it from the back. The bottom of the bag was cold but at that point I didn’t want to deal with her anymore since she was already being so rude just for me standing in the wrong line.

Very few places in Long Beach serve smash burgers the right way. Real smashies. Proudly Serving is one of them. Only suggestion would be to salt the meat a bit more before smashing. Otherwise, simple and stellar!
