Don’t judge me for eating a catfish salad at 10am. Half of it will be my lunch. Crispy fish. I do like how it’s not mixed so I can taste everything separate. I just didn’t get and utensils and napkins.

I have been a couple of times and can definitely say a great addition to the neighborhood. Friendly and comfortable environment. Drinks are on point,but the fried smoked chicken is the bomb. Im hoping to get back for the oxtail lol. Sorry the food was gone before I even thought about taking the pictures lol. Next time I will add.

I visited this place a couple times while I was working near the area, never been disappointed. I, my Mother and Father was passing through I-20 on a Sunday and looking for something to eat. I said I know a good place, PT’s…. It being their first time; Customer Service was excellent and food was Delicious!!!! Finally got able to try something off the menu, usually I come in when the kitchen has closed.I have never tried chicken that taste similar, it was delicious. I got full and my meal didnt even feal heavy to my stomach .The kool aid pickles where, ok. Will be returning to try other things on the menu. A Gem in the neighborhood. I got an 8 piece to share w family and fries. The seasoning tasted great. The young lady whom attended us was very nice.

I know this is about PTs, but Louisiana Fish has some very good fish, but the customer service sucks. Now, on the other hand, PT’s food is always good, hot, fresh, and cooked to order their customer service is fantastic.

So this was my first time coming and I must say it was ok. I had the Fish plate, two sides (greens/mash potatoes) & cornbread I added a drink. I asked for yams but they were out but gave a sample of what was left. Now here my take and I tell no lie…fish was fried perfectly, mash potatoes tasted like instant which need some salt along with gravy, greens looked like canned greens but were good but not hot & the cornbread was bust’n. The sample of yams needed some work. If had to rate it 1-10 I’d give them 6.

I’m not gonna tell yall they put smoke chicken in they chicken tetrazzini , I’m not gonna say that. Lawwwd it’s gooooood. They fried chicken make no sense to be this good. I would have given 5 stars but the sides (had 3 different ones) and they all need not to be canned and need to be seasoned. Whoever making the entrees need to make the sides

Cashier friendly… Food: my chicken seemed like it wasn’t fresh maybe a hour old but my sons tenders were fresh the sides are amazing my kid enjoyed his food… Dessert: ummm the bananas were brown in the banana pudding and my strawberry cheesecake tasted like lemons… but over all food was good may come back if in the area… the $1 for a refill is crazy… if u have to wait or dine in why not…
