I ordered DoorDash today for lunch. They gave my original order to the wrong door dasher. I received a call from the female doordasher and she said it was already given to someone else. I called got a reorder from DoorDash and then got a call from the man at Pyramids screaming at me that he already did my order and gave it to the man. I tried to explain that my dasher was female and that I didn’t have a male dasher. So he never made my reorder. I’m so sadden as I’ve been a long time customer of pyramids and I’ll take my business elsewhere at this point. This man would rather argue with me because he made a mistake and i didn’t get lunch. Such a sad shame this is how you have begun to treat your customers.

Please improve the food quality. We ordered falfal and fries along with some chicken dishes last week. Falafal was not cooked completely and I am not sure about the oil usage but smelled really bad. Apart from the rice there was nothing else which was decent in my order.
