I sadly had to change my review. My husband and I used to stop in at least once a month. With that said today will be our last day for the foreseeable future. I can understand having to cut back some food to keep up with rising food costs but today I received half of the normal portions. It seemed like it was quite an extreme over normal variations. I hope they’ll reevaluate their value soon.

Today was my first time ever visiting Qdoba. Upon coming in, I was greeted by stated that I had never been there before. Neither had my dad who was with me. They were so helpful and explain just about everything on the menu. The manager (veronica??) served us and she was SO nice! You get ALOT of food for what you pay. I ate off my nachos (get the chips seperate) for two meals! The place was very clean and organized. I’ll definitely be returning!

I ordered these bowls from Qdoba via a delivery service and this is how it arrived – basically half empty. I called to try to get assistance and got none whatsoever, but was told that “only one scoop is allowed” even though this is not how I got it in the past. I also got somebody else’s order as well as mine. I don’t have a vehicle available to me, which is why I got it delivered, as such there was apparently nothing anybody could do. Highly disappointed. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. $70 in total wasted for nothing.

Ordered online simple, but a little confusion about if my card was denied after showing my receipt it was cleared up. Make sure you keep a copy to show. The chicken tacos we ordered were soggy and rather bland. The burrito was ok.

I usually order take out. Had done it through grub hub because the Qdoba app couldn’t figure out the store closest to me, but that finally got fixed. First order placed got delivered to who knows where. When I called the store I was referred to Door Dash their delivery service. They replaced my order and I did get my food the second time an hour later than originally expected.

Ordered Delivery at 330 from your website. Receive text from door dash that you cancelled at 415. Tried calling and no answer! We will never order again! but of course I was still charged!!!!!

I recently changed my rating from 5 stars to 1. The food quality has gone down. I just spent $16+ for a burrito bowl and chips with salsa. My chips are so stale and chewy I could not finish them. Steak so chewy it may as well be beef jerky. They are stingy with meat portions. Sometimes you get a full bowl sometimes it’s barely half full. The service and food is so hit and miss. Spending that much on a meal with no drink would be more consistent with their service. Paying that much for food it should at least be consistent. Same with the staff. One time you get a really good staff member and other times you don’t. Once these things are addressed I will rate them higher. But I feel like this an accurate review given circumstances.
