Could not get the Crustie cheese quesadilla due to no parchment paper. The chip and Guacamole was ok but the chips were very cold and tasted and smell like stale and moldy paper wrappers!

Got a steak quesadilla. Not sure what happened but it was made horribly, I get this quite often so was surprised to see it. Even from the pic you can see it wasn’t even cut right , just slapped on very sloppy. Should have check before I left.

I’ve eaten here several times since it is near my workplace and the food is normally good. However, I advise against ordering with their app because when I got back to work and checked my food, several toppings were missing or scarce, and there was barely any meat, which made for a very bland meal that I barely touched. Although it was around lunch time it was not busy in there and I had the only to-go order waiting, so I’m not sure why this happened.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at this location. I ordered 2 steak burritos and a steak casadilla, burritos had barely any rice and steak nothing but sauce and toppings. Two ladies working were absolutely rude, the gentleman was polite but also looked like his first day on the job as he didn’t know what he was doing. This experience has us going back to Chipotle, very very disappointing.

The young female and gentleman were the nicest workers I’ve encountered at this location. This location is known for its rude employees. I would like to have hot protein just once at this location and not have to ask for more than just half a scoop of everything. I just want my full scoop.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I was very disappointed with my experience here. I went to this Qdoba to get my husband and I some lunch. The first girl who helped me was very nice and made sure to get everything I asked. When she moved my food on to the next guy to add my toppings, it all went downhill. The worker kept talking to the guy behind me, which was fine until he started ignoring me completely. I was trying to tell him what I wanted in the bowls, saying please and thank you. Every time I asked for something, he glared at me and just continued talking to the guy. I had to ask for my toppings multiple times. I felt horrible, like I did something wrong. Eventually, he finished my bowls and put the lids on. This is when he pushed the bowls towards the cashier pretty aggressively, and continued his conversation with the guy behind me. I was getting ready to pay, when the cashier ALSO joined in on the conversation, ignoring me. I didn’t know he had pressed the button for me to pay, and very rudely asked why I hadn’t inserted my card. I apologized, saying I didn’t know it was ready. He ignored me and kept taking to his co worker and the guy behind me. I paid, grabbed my food, and left. I will not be returning to this location after this encounter.

Pleasant staff. My chicken bowl did not have much chicken. The whole bowl kinda reminded me of a frozen dinner. It’s just average food. Not my favorite, but we were in a hurry, so decided to stop here. The service was fast. The burritos are huge.

Out of the Main rice I ever get. Brown rice. Who the hell runs out of brown rice (the number 1 item they use) .. idc if you run out or not, I desire a free meal due to the fact I did not get what I came for.
