Ordered nachos and barely any chips! Ordered 2 bowls and you would swear they were on some kind of food shortage! Protein bowl is very skimpy. They probably didnt want to make more food. Ive seen them load up bowls before. Whole new crew from last time and these guys did not seem like they were trained well. Will detour to another next time!

My favorite place to eat! The only thing is no one here smiles, there’s not one person that’s polite enough to ask ‘what can I get started for you’ they just stare at you and wait for you to speak. Customer service is not at all what you’d expect. Everyone’s way to serious and too cool to put a smile on their face, not even a ‘hi how are you’ is spoken out. This makes the place so hostile & just honestly gives me a reason sometimes to act the same way towards them. It’s awful! Straight poker face. Life’s short, put a damn smile on your face or at least pretend you’re having a good day!

Got my usual burrito, and not only was it expensive but they didn’t even try wrapping it. Unfolded from the bottom after my second bite. Went up and asked for a bowl and the lady snatched one up off the counter and rolled her eyes at me. There was water all over the floor by the soda machine that i slipped on when trying to grab a fork. I watched the same employee walk over to the machine and poor herself a drink while texting, ignoring the water and an empty bottle of hot sauce. Every table has rice or some sort of other crumbs. At least it tastes the same as it used to, workers just no longer care to do their job!

First time here, did online order. My bowls had 2 pieces of chicken at most and maybe a quarter filled with rice and beans. They forgot my queso. $40 dollars for maybe 4 bites of food. Not worth it!!!
