Stepped into Quills coffee and it’s a very good space. It’s a very cool place to get work done, have a meeting or just chill read or decompress. Received very good service while inside the store. Large enough to sit with groups of 4. Very cool place, very friendly and very good coffee .

You will not find a nicer place to just chill and be able to have a conversation with a friend. It’s eclectic and warm, clean, easy access, has local artists displayed, nice merchandise, and inclusive. I’m not a coffee drinker, but love tea. Lauren was able to suggest some drinks using tea, and they have been delicious! I will actually travel to have these drinks made. What I love most about this shop is that they get to know their returning customers and you can tell the staff supports each other, as well. I certainly hope that doesn’t change, as we need those examples in our community. It’s good to see familiar faces every time I walk in, which shows the management there must care about their staff, which in turn affects their customers. So much better than those stuffy coffee shops! Perfect “artsy” spot!

We stopped in a few times during our stay nearby. The coffee products (latte, specialty drinks, chai) were all great. Baked goods delicious. Service quick (there are always folks there but everyone gets served quickly). Would definitely recommend!

I come here often and can never figure out why multiple staff members are so rude and unpleasant. Specifically the (manager?) with brown hair and the young girl with curly hair – they have no manners towards customers and approach people so rudely and snarkily. They lack basic kindness that would make visiting this location much more pleasant. They treat every customer and request like an inconvenience that is putting them out of their way.

The salted bourbon caramel latte was awesome. I’ve been here once and would go back. I wish they had more size options as a 16 oz. is their largest. Prices are fair. Would recommend.

I had a delicious iced strawberry oat milk latte from here, on a particularly hot day. Perfectly refreshing. The sitting area in the back patio is really nice and scenic. Definitely recommend if you’re passing through Louisville, Kentucky.
