I’ve been to many WNY Rachel’s and they’ve all been fantastic. I’m not sure what the problem is at this location, the man working the serving line seemed not to know what was going on at all and, the woman working the register could not have been more rude and unprofessional to my wife and I. I’ve never been treated this poorly at any restaurant, let alone a Rachel’s. We will never be back to this location.

Rachels used yo be great. It was a regular stop on our lunch tour. After the last few visits, it will no longer be in the rotation. We walked in, and we’re greeted by a young lady on her phone. She made us wait to order until her call was over. We were made to feel as if we were bothering her. The chicken was so dry in my soulvaki salad. The amount of protein they give is laughable. 15.00 for a salad, and I was lucky to get 2oz of chicken. The onions and peepers were overcooked, and the tomatoes were a soggy mess. Last but not least, they forgot the pita. Maybe they grew too fast? Maybe they just don’t care like they used to? Whatever the case, I will not return.

The manager and workers at this location are soo amazing!! The manager especially goes above and beyond for their customer service. I had made a mistake on my catering order and they were so accommodating, even though it caused more hassle on their end. And the food is always great. Can’t thank them enough !!

No steak, I asked when steak was going to be ready and the girl gave an attitude and just said we just put it down. Then I asked again how long until steak would be ready she said more attitude I just put it down and rolled her eyes. Poor representation of the company

Rachel’s is one of my go-to places for a quick and healthy lunch or dinner. The salad bowls are fresh, flavorful, and you can customize them as much as you want. If you are a fan of garlic, get their garlic sauce (it comes in 8oz if you ask for it). My wife is addicted to it!

I don’t know why this location has terrible reviews. I think this is the first revi have ever done. I was looking to see if it was open because it is only 1030am and I am craving Rachel’s. The staff have always been pleasant. Sometimes they are overwhelmed but not in a rude way. Gloves are always changed. Food is always fresh. I have eaten here at least 10 times and not a single problem. Thank you!

absolutely terrible. the staff is incredibly unprofessional. unsanitary and very rude workers. the rice is always over cooked and hard, and workers use the SAME gloves they clean with TO SERVE food. management needs improvement.
