Tried this for the very 1st time and we had to revisit because it was so good. The chicken strips were tender and juicy. Loved that it opened late enough we could have a bite after a tiring day at Disney.

Absolutely amazing food! I decided to try the Caniac Combo, and it was an absolute delight for my famished appetite. While the culinary experience exceeded my expectations, I must admit that the cleanliness standards of the establishment left a bit to be desired. Unfortunately, the employees seemed to be falling short in maintaining a pristine environment after customers had departed. Upon being seated at a somewhat unkempt table, we politely requested for it to be promptly wiped down. Regrettably, the response we received was lackluster, as the staff member only made a half-hearted attempt at tidying up, displaying a disinterested demeanor.

Good vibes and crisp chicken fingers that were tasty and fresh. Music was playing – but not too loudly – and there were three (3) mirrored balls twinkling lights all over.

I’ll admit the food is good no denying that but honesty is what I look for, I had paid extra for added piece of Texas toast and I got NOTHING not even the piece that comes with the meal! I asked for extra ketchup, said that it was in the bag and all I got was ONE very lonely packet…

Got there on a Friday evening and it was pretty packed with customers so the chicken was all freshly fried and was hot and crispy. Fries were just warm but overall still decent. Drive thru was a pretty long queue but there were servers outside attending to the cars. Decent amount of seating available if you choose to dine in.

My boys love Canes, the food is amazing. Today we happened to be in the area, we have reservations at great wolf so stopped here first. This location deserves less than a star, again, food is amazing. I dint felt that I was welcome here today, girl at the register had nothing but attitude on her face, 2nd there was hair on my wife’s fries. Whoever, the manager in charge did an outstanding job handling my frustrated situation. This is to the management, teach your employees to be more caring and respectful that’s all. I paid for my food, show me some respect.

I ordered 6 peaces of chicken and 2 toast’s and slaw and was charged $ 0.39 each for Cane sauce. I think that’s pretty ridiculous and will probably never come here again. that’s like in-n-out charging for the chillies. If you buy the combo the sauce will be included “so you’re still paying for it” but if you buy the chickens individually they will charge you for sauce.

This location is very convenient for those staying on Harbor Blvd as it is within walking distance from most of the hotels on the street. The food was very good and fresh both times we visited. I am giving this location a 4 star because both times we dined in, many of the seats were left dirty, making it hard to find a clean place to eat. Both times, we opted to eat outside, which was much quieter and cleaner than inside. All in all, this was a good location with good food.
