Family loves the food and fries here. We used the drive thru and the first picture was of the initial order of chicken bites and fries we were served. We politely brought the issue to their attention and they apologized and made our order fresh. We were in a line of about 6-8 cars. We understand they are busy and trying to get people food and had no problem making it again. Mistakes happen and they took the time to make it right. Great location. Reasonable pricing for a quick bite.

This restaurant does not have dine in , so that’s why I ranked atmosphere low. I’m pleased with the price and the quality of food for that price. The one thing I would point out is that the employees don’t seem to know how to check people in on the app for rewards.

I went in and ordered a sandwich asked for there to be no mustard, then had to ask if there was no mayo was told there was no mayo and when I got up and got the sandwich, it had mayonnaise. I drove all around, told him that the sandwich was wrong and they apologized gave us a free shake and remade the sandwich only they made me a sandwich that was not the sandwich I wanted. They made me the cheaper version. I wanted the barbecue bacon, mother cruncher they gave me a classic mother cruncher. We called and complained and they refused to do anything about it. Safe to say I will not be coming back to this company ever again.

The service in the drive-thru was great, the cashier didn’t speak much English but did his best to communicate and provide amazing service. I ordered 1 side of fried mushrooms. They were done about 3 minutes after placing my order. On my ride home, I took one out of the bag and the breading looked crispy, plus they were piping hot! Well, they weren’t done! I took a bite and was greeted by wet batter. I can tell they would have been delectable had that not occurred. I am going back after work to have them replaced.
