I always have a great experience when visiting our local rapid fired pizza. The staff is always patient when my children are being indecisive with toppings, they always accommodate the random sauces my kids want to try but the best this is the pizza is always fresh and hot. And the prices aren’t too high so it’s affordable for family pizza night.

You would think being in the customer service world that a restaurant chain would have good customer service. This location does NOT. Our experience at this rapid fire location in englewood was uncomfortable. The staff acted like building pizza was an inconvenience to them. We felt very rushed the entire time we were in line and also felt ignored when asked for extra toppings. The overall atmosphere was just poor and the staff members were less than friendly. We will not be returning to this location.

The store is very noisy. Fans, exhaust hood, oven belt all combine to make you shout your order. The workers talk too soft so you’re left shouting “What?” Every time they ask. The menu guides you to order the craft pizza because the cost of do your own. Don’t get me wrong, the pizzas and ingredients are great, I liked the pan pizza I ordered.

The staff at Rapid Fire Pizza are amazing. They take service seriously. I ordered the Turkey bacon ranch sandwich. It was made to perfection. The staff worked as a team to provide excellent service. Job well done.

Walk-in orders were prepared quickly, and the staff was friendly, fast, and very knowledgeable of the products and ingredients. The pizzas were delicious, and we will definitely go again.

They always feel like they are doing construction here. Ladders in the way, and tools being left out. But the pizza is great, for less than $15 I am able to fill my belly, and that is a rarity nowadays.

How can a pizza restaurant be out of mozzarella cheese? Not all ingredients are online when you try to order. The app isn’t very user friendly either. All the points earned for rewards have to be used on the app. The use of apps I believe is overrated. Not really saving the company money by not hiring people because we will give up going. When the app came out and they were working out the bugs I did get great customer service. Please bring back the flavors for the soda machine. Love the pizza and want to go back but would love to use my rewards I’ve earned.

Was told today that this location no longer offers small cups for water. This is some pretty disappointing oenny-pinching, as nobody should need to pay nearly $3.00 for a cup up water. Virtually every other restaurant in the area offers free water. Why the change? I have no interest in drinking soda.

I have went to the one on Brant Pike and I was impressed. This one I went to was very crowded. I waited for 10 minutes. I did not even get to taste the pizza! Edit: I have tasted it, it’s really good it’s just that this place is always crowded. If you come be prepared to wait.

All the employees at this location on the day we visited were unfriendly. Not a one of the 3 we spoke with seemed very happy at all. Our pizza was good but staff left us feeling unwelcome and unappreciated.
