We had breakfast here a few months ago and liked it well enough. Today we planned our entire day around having lunch here as they close at 2PM, and it was a disaster. A server took our drink order pretty quickly, but never returned with our drinks, but was waiting on other tables. After 10 minutes another server approached the table, took our drink order and gave us BREAKFAST menus (1225 at this point). The server returned in a timely manner and we asked to swap out our breakfast menus for lunch menus. After a few minutes we placed our order. The tables around us filled up pretty quickly after we placed our order. After thirty minutes pass buy, we inquire about our food as all of the people who came AFTER us have received their food & the table next to us was even being pre-bussed! The server said everyone came in at once and the food was all coming out in once, and that was just not true. We waited a few more minutes and three more tables that came in after us received their food….at that point we got up to leave. We stopped to pay for our beverages and an angry man slammed down a wadded up paper with our order written on it. We had only ordered a hamburger, chicken sandwich and basket of onion rings….not sure what the problem was as nobody ever communicated with us, but they didn’t seem to have problems filling the other orders, and I saw a lot of sandwiches and onion rings. The cashier was very apologetic and comped our drinks.

This would be another local whole in the wall and fron the looks of the outside you probably wouldn’t stop but if you give it a chance you will fall in love…… I highly reccomend the famous ” Hot Steak Sandwich” which is so delicious and sooo filling or the “Lotta Burger” which is another personal favorite

I haven’t eat here in years because the gravy was terrible when I tried it. But today I had the grilled chicken biscuit and I wasn’t mad at it. It was flavourful… however the biscuit was almost soggy very weird texture.
