It was about what I would have expected. Decent food, friendly staff. Great service at the table. The reason for 3 star rating for service is: I checked in on line 30 minutes before arrival with a 0 minute wait time and was told my party would have to wait an additional 20 minutes after we arrived. The restaurant was nowhere near full, so there was no need for the delay that I could see. It’s not complicated, either you have a reservation or you don’t. This being said, we will be coming back to this location due to the friendly staff.

I ordered the endless shrimp. My first two choices were coconut shrimp and the new Cheddar Bay flavored shrimp. Both were great! My last choice was shrimp linguine. It was delicious, but I had to take it home. The portions were generous, and the Cheddar Bay biscuits were wonderful and filling. According to an announcement on the door, the restaurant was working with a short staff. Our server, Bella, was very friendly and attentive, though. We had to wait a little while, but we received all of our food. It was an enjoyable dining experience.

My parents stopped by today and noticed a few short staff signs, even though they were short staffed they received excellent service from mackenzie!! they raved on and on about mackenzie. when they went to leave however my mom informed the hotess that the woman’s restroom was out of paper towels and the host replied “we know”. As a restaurant manager I know that stocking the bathrooms in a rush can be a little hard and there were most likely a lot of people complaining about the paper towels being out. With that said being out of paper towels is a health code violation and the “we know” comment is kind of rude. Take this as a teaching moment and please inform all staff on the 10 steps of service as well as basic etiquette!

For a chain restaurant this red lobster does have decent seafood. The service here is OK. We did have to wait for a table for nearly 7 minutes and the restaurant was empty. We had to wait for our check for a long time. We gave cash before even seeing the check because we were in a hurry. The waitress took her time getting our change to us.

Staff was great! Food mixed. Problem was too few staff leading to extremely dirty restaurant and staff running place to place unable to handle customers. I had to wait about 10 minutes to catch someone for sauce with my meal, at which point food was cold. The floors were awful. We picked up silverware under our table. Prices are way up. We won’t be back to this one any time soon.

This was such a wonderful birthday lunch we enjoyed today. I never do reviews for anything but I decided to make an exception. The food was amazing. Most importantly. I wanted to jump on here and state the amazing experience our waitress, Myrecal, provided. She was very kind, attentive, helpful explaining the menu, and so many other things. She really helped to capture and create such a wonderful dining experience. We just wanted to say thank you again to her.
