First and foremost, our waiter was awesome. He was knowledgeable of the menu and served quickly and didn’t forget we were there. Burgers were great, and fries were perfectly cooked. Restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. We will be returning customers.

Food is decentish here. Service is terrible, it’s a Saturday night the place is less than 1/3 full and our waitress has been over to the table all of 3 times so far. Normally you can get refills on drinks and fries here but you can’t do that if the waitress never comes by. We also didn’t have any napkins, silverware nor drink menus. The pile of plates just kept getting bigger with no one taking them and it was just 3 of us at the table. The waitress tried to give us a check and we told her no that we still wanted to order more and she didn’t care for that answer afterwards

I hadn’t been to Red Robin in a long time. I remember thinking it was pretty good in the past. This night we didn’t plan ahead and thought we picked the best of the restaurants where we were at. However, I don’t feel the food was worth the money and it was so busy the wait staff couldn’t keep up. You could tell they were overwhelmed. I felt like I overpaid for an experience we could have had at a cheaper restaurant.

I haven’t eaten at a Red Robin’s for many years. The only one I’ve been to was in Kenwood mall, and my burger was great. That was not the case for this location. I went there for lunch and ordered my Blue Ribbon burger, medium. What I got was well and lukewarm at best. I did not send it back because I was in a hurry and hungry. Orher than how it was cooked and the burger getting cold so quickly, I have no complaint about the flavor of the burger. I will go again when I have time in case I need to send my foid back. No complaints about our server, just the condition of the food.

This was the dirtiest Red Robin in which I’ve ever eaten. It was absolutely filthy. If my family and I weren’t hangry, we would have walked out. The red seats were all sticky and blackened with dirt. This was all of the red seats in that restaurant… not just a few. The floor also was sticky and visibly filthy. The diaper changing station in the bathroom—also filthy. I don’t even want to think about how the kitchen is with how the restaurant is which everyone sees. I’m sure this place would be shutdown if the Health Department visited. Our waitress was nice but wasn’t around very much. She asked twice if we needed anything, and it was near the end, when I had been wanting a refill for awhile as parched, that I saw her again to flag her down for a refill. This was the filthiest Red Robin I’ve ever seen. Red Robins usually look clean… this location was disgusting. I don’t advise going here.

This location will deliver on the minimum expectations of the Red Robin brand for food and atmosphere. The 3 star rating is “It’s Okay” which is well aligned to the facility. This building is ready for a brand-refresh and remodeling. This is an older location with some signs of age. The food was good.
