Red Robin Gourmet Burger and Brewery in Tustin is a place where happiness is served on a platter, alongside endless fries and ranch that kept everyone in our group grinning like Cheshire cats. And let me tell you, our server was the MVP of our dining experience. She was so friendly and awesome that I wanted to request her for my everyday life. Unfortunately, my aging brain decided to play hide-and-seek with her name. Sorry, awesome server, you deserve better!

Rebecca is an amazing waitress! She was so nice to us and made sure we were taken care of. I’d come back to this location just to see Rebecca again 🙂 the food was also pretty good. They burnt my boyfriend’s burger the 1st time but Rebecca set the record straight in the kitchen and got it fixed right away.

Location and food was amazing. Took my family here and enjoyed every second. Staff was very attentive and professional. Personally I had I believe ARIAL or Aries a beautiful African American waitress who deserves a raise working hard. Bathrooms were spotless and plenty of room for gatherings and to watch the game.

The food was extremely great especially the all you can eat fries and broccoli with ranch. However, the staff appeared to be very overworked or understaffed. The meal took way longer than it should have; an hour plus. Nonetheless, the food was good and I had three servings of broccoli. I can only suggest coming back when they hire more staff or when you’re not under time constraints.

The place was fairly empty except one section was completely full. which is where we sat a party of 6, 2 adults 4 kids and our waitress didnt miss a beat. She was so good got everything right on our order and came back at all the right times to see if we needed refils or anything else with our meal.
