My spouse and I came here for breakfast, and I enjoyed our dining experience. Our mimosas were very reasonably priced, $7 each. My husband ordered the Spider-Man mimosa and I got the Hibiscus; I enjoyed mine and he thought his was ok. Our food came fairly quickly, and my chorizo omelet was tasty. I appreciated that they buttered my toast for me and that the hash browns were extra crispy. Overall, we had a good experience and will be coming back again.

NOBODY KNOWS ABOUT REY MIMOSA’S – but it’s a great place! VERY friendly staff, good food in large quantities! Rey Mimosa’s is in Burke Junction in Cameron Park, on the side facing Forklift.

Waffles are good, burgers are good, coffee is good, omelettes are good, servers are always friendly and attentive. The crepes should be taken off the menu though. They’re not made fresh and they use the same vanilla crepes in the savory dishes as they do in the sweet ones. It is incredibly strange.

Took my daughter here this morning for the first time since they’ve been open. She had kids pancake, eggs and bacon. She loved it. I had The chilaquiles with carne. They made a great little steak fresh eggs over easy on top of chips with lots of salsa and sauce. Absolutely fantastic Mexican breakfast. Next time I go I’d love to try the eggs Benedict. I’ll definitely be back. I love how they’ve updated it since sisters Cafe shut down. And it’s definitely way nicer than it was a Mongolian place. Although I definitely miss the Mongolian option in town. Absolutely must go if your local and want some good breakfast. It’s not a greasy spoon like train station cafe in shingle. It’s not a chain like Denny’s. It’s just a great little breakfast joint that appears to have a great lunch menu too that I’ll look forward to trying.
