Was my first experience with River & Roost I am extremely impressed. Was just a wonderful accident that I found the place. The quality of the food along with the efficiency of such a small staff rarely have I saw a group of people work so harmoniously with such energy with one another that they make it a joy to visit. Was also impressed with the sheer volume of food they moving across the counter and out the drive thru window. I’m definitely going to visit this place many more times in the near future and I live about 2½ – 3 hours away from this fine establishment. Bravo

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is for taste on the fries and fish. The customer service was great shocked to see so many younger adults maybe (early twenties to maybe 1 or 2 early thirties ) running a food joint so smoothly no attitudes and we had a big order and weren’t sure what to order so I know it’s hectic and frustrating it’s frustrating for me as the mom lol but they were patient and informative smiled and were speedy those loaded fries are great and the Fried pickles delicious my whole crew enjoyed it and I was happy with the service cleanliness speed and overall taste of the food definitely a place to try … if you have tiktok I did I short video there Juicydimples87 …

I ordered a 4 PC hicken tender dinner and I was very disappointed. Two of my tenders were spoiled, my fries weren’t seasoned and the sweet tea wasn’t sweet. I called them about it. The manager stated that he just checked the meat and he doesn’t know why my tenders were spoiled. He only is replacing the 4 tenders instead the meal. He did not apologize. Btw I didn’t like the chocolate pudding cake.

The ONLY reason I continue to get wings here is because i like the smaller wings. The pick up line situation is ridiculous. You drive up, tell them your name, they say they’re working on it and if it’s the older lady she literally turns her back for the next 15-20 minutes. Instead of having people whose orders aren’t ready pull back around. Ridiculous!
