Had Rolling Smoke at an event and couldn’t wait to use them as their food absolutely delicious!! Had a surprise party for my son‘s 21st birthday and everyone of his friends were raving over the food. I got a few texts the next day asking the name of the caterer that we used so I hope you get a lot of calls after this. they are the nicest, kindest accommodating caterer I’ve ever worked with. I know they also have a food truck. Just wanna let people know that I know that’s something people do like to have as well today. Trust me, you will not be disappointed and even if you’re not a cornbread person, you have to get it and I would get a lot of it because it is out of this world, looking forward to my next party to use them again. Highly recommend.

Rolling Smoke food truck is AMAZING. We booked them for our backyard bash this past weekend with 118 guests. The food was delicious and everyone raved about it. From the first to the last bite, everything was absolutely delicious! I honestly could not say anything negative about the quality of food and service provided. Where do I begin?! The pulled chicken, pulled pork, sausage, brisket were out of this world! The sides- OMG the sides! The corn bread, mac and cheese, and the slaw!

Family owned and operated. Food was amazing. Guests could not get enough. Efficient, friendly, helpful, professional service. The food truck was clean, well stocked and very cool to have in the driveway for our daughter’s graduation party. Did I say the food was delicious??? Great variety, accommodating to allergies, wonderful sauces. More than enough food. Trays were leftover with directions on how to freeze and reheat to have another party. Don’t hesitate book this truck today!!

I lived in Texas for many years, I love bbq. I have been to many bbq places on long island and So far this is the closest I could find. Mac and cheese was delicious, pulled chicken and pulled pork sandwiches were good. The brisket was very very tender, maybe too much? I felt that the outside should’ve been a bit more crunchy, ya know burnt ends should be crunchy ♀️. But still it was very tasty! I would definitely recommend this place and I will be going back

Finally got there today and had a dino rib. Amazing! Meat was so tender I could cut it with a plastic fork. One of the best mac & cheese I’ve ever had, and I don’t really like mac & cheese. Cornbread was really good too. Can’t wait to go back and try some other things on the menu. Highly, highly recommend. I’m picking when it comes to BBQ but this place is amazing!

Rolling Smoke was just at my husbands 40th birthday party and they were a huge hit!! Everything leading up to the big day was easy and really such a breeze to work with. The day of, they arrived on time and were very friendly to the guests and had the food out very quickly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would love to have them at our next event.
