We really weren’t impressed with this place. The tacos just simply weren’t that good. Lacked a lot of flavor. The asada taco meat was cut super fine and it was very very dry. Too bad the toppings don’t come with it. Would make the burrito far better.

Good tacos, had the chicken and pork tacos, pork was thinly sliced and great, chicken a little dry but still good. Salsas are tasty and the red one is pretty hot, solid place.

Savory breakfast burrito with chorizo, bacon, egg, and cheese and a ham and cheese torta. Very kind team and really delicious food. We took ours to go on the road.

Not impressed with the tacos. Simple. Dry. No flavor. Over priced. Nothing has sides for how pricy it is. I got cubana torta. No sides, not even jalepeno.

It’s a Taco Truck!!!! Better than most brick and mortar places in town though. They do suffer from Taos hours so when you see them open you should eat there.

Good tacos, fresh jalapenos in the Pico de gallo, but when you start adding a dollar for salsa or pico de gallo to your tacos, it ends up being a few dollars more than what we were paying in Santa Fe

The best place for a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Good place to enjoy an outside meal by yourself, with family or friends. It’s authentic Mexican food and you can taste the unique flavors, love and effort put into each of their items. I very much recommend you come to Rosa’s tacos, burritos mas for a quick bite. Whether you’re passing through Taos or you live here, you’ll be eating a meal cooked with their whole heart.

This is the best place ever. Saw cars there every time I passed so we got breakfast burritos on our last morning in Taos. Absolutely phenomenal. We got the veggie. Only mistake (our fault) is that you need to ask for pico- we thought green chili meant salsa. Great for vegetarians !
