It was a pretty nice place. All we got was an appetizer and a beer. They only had a bar menu til dinner ( we were too early >_<), so we ended up going somewhere else to get dinner food. I love the artwork and will definitely come back to have dinner!

Honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. All the staff were extremely kind and considerate. Food and drinks came quick, excellent apps, and entrees. I do not recommend the canoli cake as it was not up to my standards and the canoli tasted like whipcream (it might have been whipcream). Otherwise I highly recommend this place if you want a nice high table dining experience.

We had our Daughter’s Bridal Shower here last Sunday the 15th and their aren’t enough stars to rate how happy we were! The owners couldn’t accommodate us enough, from the amazing food (taste and presentation), and over the top notch service. We selected a predetermined menu from one of the package selections, and I unknowingly had two guests who were vegetarian. Not a problem at Rosie’s, they served them with a proper meal for their taste. Many thanks to the owners (who were present the entire time) and the staff that took great care of us for her special day!

Amazing spot. Top notch food, atmosphere, and people. The ambiance at Rosie’s is very welcoming, charming and chic. Delicious dishes and great selection of cocktails, wines. etc. Everything from the burrata, to the tartar to the ravioli and the espresso martinis was excellent. Seasonal menus and options give a great added variety also. the staff is also really lovely. They know what they’re doing and you can tell making everyone happy is so important .. would definitely recommend!!

I inquired by email for 1:00 reservations for 12 to celebrate our father’s 90th birthday after church! To my surprise I received a phone call right away from Robert at Rosie’s! He said they open at 3:00, but he offered to open for us at 1:00 and provide a private dining room on the 2nd floor! I was overwhelmed how accommodating he was since it was the 4th of July weekend.

Had the special for the night, the regular gnocchi dish on the menu was replaced by these delicious stuffed truffle rigatoni. Everything about the restaurant was fantastic, from the staff to the food, I would recommend this to anyone in Ocean county; it is 110% worth the drive to Ocean Gate.
