With the sale of the restaurant we don’t go in as often anymore. The new table configuration is a maze and is lackluster. Products have changed such as food quality such as in our last time we were in the fries, hamburger, bread, etc. I have no problem with embracing change but the fries were ice cold since they were sandbagged, the burger was cut to make sure it was cooked properly….old or new cooks know not to do that. When you have owners and family members eating behind the counter while tending to payment, with hair down and not pulled back, not in slip resistant shoes, etc. it is sort of is not setting an example for the amazing servers that stayed on. We hope the restaurant survives and we know it is slow season but it seems business has gone down.

Since this location has been sold, the food quality is poor at best. Last week I got a shrimp wrap with fries. Fries were reheated and the wrap oozed grease. Not the usual quality we’re used to. They did take off my bill, but then I had no lunch! Chef needs to learn how to cook with LESS grease. Even the usual 1/2# burger was greasy, but not as bad a wrap. We wont be back and we’ve gone to this location since they opened! We’ll go back to original location, better hours and we know the quality of food. Pictures on here are from former owner!

Grandpas was a favorite dinner in our family. The new place poor at best. To start my togo order took 40 minutes when I was told 20. Well there they gave me a sample empanada they were going to and to the menu and it tasted like it was frozen. Once I finally got my order and got home it did not get better. My husband chicken wings are missing half to meat on the bone. All the fries tasted like they had been sitting out for an hour and then reheated. My daughter chicken tenders were mainly just greasy burnt crust. And my Reuben was mush. This used to be a weekend breakfast/lunch spot for us now I will not be going back.

I love this place!! The food is great, prices are just right, and the vibe is cool!! We had the best server, her name was Tiffany and she was attentive and nice!! She made us feel like we were her only table!!

Loved this place! My wife got a cheeseburger and I ordered a chicken quesadilla. They were excellent.

So, the food was great however you have the entire family standing in the center floor talking loud in Spanish looking at their customers and laughing. Making it fully apparent that the community that is coni to to their restaurant they are talking about.

First time here and we were beyond impressed. The food was amazing and the portions were large, we all took food home. You can tell everything was homemade and care went into making the food. We will definitely be returning!!

Visited this diner/pub when it was gradpas. It was good. Just ordered a pick up and it was horrible, 2 pieces of pork roll on my sandwich and very skimpy on potatoes. I called and the girl who answered was rude and said thats how they always make sandwiches. My son ordered the same thing with egg and got 4 slices of meat plus egg. Mine was no egg and i only got 2 pieces of meat. Have to order something else to eat now. NOT GO THERE AGAIN

Chanced upon this great diner while out looking for breakfast. If you’re looking for the flavors of a home cooked meal their food is absolutely delicious, and you can’t beat their prices and most especially their Happy Hour prices! $2.00 Draft Beer or $2.50 Bottle. Make sure that you ask for Maryanne or Lauren if you want to sit with two of the best servers in Port St Lucie and be entertained while you experience the great food and atmosphere at Grandpa’s Grill and Pub.
