My pizza order was done online. The extra-large pizza was the size of Large at other nearby restaurants. Price was over $40 which I felt was expensive. I chose to make a half-n-half, with four different toppings on each side. It ended up with one half only having two toppings, and not the four I requested. Those two toppings had been added to the wrong side.

Stopped here for dinner. It was almost closing time, so we had the whole restaurant to ourselves. They have a big arcade room, my kids loved it! We ordered a Hawaiian pizza and it was delicious!! Customer service was great!

Ordered two pizza’s and when i got there i found out they gave my order to someone else. Then had to wait another 35 min for a new order while the breadsticks got cold. After all that they messed up my order.

Never have I seen a poorer run, understaffed pizza place. Over 1/2 the tables were left dirty with past customers. The crew was working hard but it took 45 minutes to get our pizza and we were the last customers there. I’m sure they were working hard but absolutely the worst service and mediocre pizza we ever had!

I tried the dinner buffet and the salad. The place was full of people but nevertheless the flow of freshly baked pizza kept coming to make everybody happy. The pizza was good and loaded with items. Great place to take the kids out to dinner. Also, the place was clean and in good order, plus the employees were good and doing their job, no drama there lol,,,

Understaffed, 2 people working theyr butts off in the middle of the day. Phones ringing off the hook cus the foods going to burn if they run to answer. Pizza is mediocre for round tables around, I travel everywhere and this is probably bottom 3 round tables for food. Customer service was great, but definitely over worked and stretched thin. I hope the owner at least hires one more person to clean off the tables and answer the phones instead of calling out 3 on hold.

If you’re interested in reliable, truthful delivery of your pizza. Spend your money elsewhere. These people take unreasonable amounts of times… Lie to the customer regarding when the “Pizza is going in” and just generally miserable customer service. We’ve continued to frequent this place trying to give them third, fourth and fifth shots but finally you know what… The one star review is coming out.

I ordered pizzas for all of our employees during a training for approximately 24 people. I placed the order on the app and was a bit worried if the order would be delivered correctly. Michael, from the Red Bluff Round Table Pizza called me to confirm the order. He double checked our exact location, asked how many people I was feeding and when he delivered the pizzas he had plenty of plates, napkins, cheese, pepper flakes and even hooked us up with some ranch dressings. He was very kind and considerate! I appreciate him going above and beyond!
